Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive hotel/restaurant experience.
• Startup/opening hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Service oriented with professional presentation skills.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and instill a culture based on respect and growth.
• Lead planning, organizing, training and staff leadership for sales, costs and satisfaction.
• Implement F&B strategy aligned with policies and goals.
• Develop and manage annual budget, marketing plans and objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and club profitability.
• Drive F&B marketing and club programming initiatives.
• Hire, train, coach and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and restaurant budget.
• Ensure guest service standards and timely guest satisfaction.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory; adjust to demand.
• Support staff development and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle member feedback and resolve issues promptly.
