Job summary

The Quin House in Back Bay, Boston is seeking a full-time hospitality team member to provide a warm greeting, seat guests promptly, and uphold The Quin's high service standards to ensure a memorable dining experience.

You will support servers, handle reservations, assist with menu knowledge, and help with opening/closing duties while maintaining cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and courteous communication. Strong English, team spirit, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
• Professional presentation and service-oriented demeanor.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Solid teamwork and reliability.
• Basic computer skills including POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, welcoming greeting to our members and their guests.
• Ensure that members are seated in a timely manner in accordance with The Quin service standards.
• Assist servers in delivering a memorable dining experience.
• Answer the telephone, take reservations, and inform guests of offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of menus and dining areas.
• Assist in opening and closing duties according to side work checklists.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and assist in resolving issues.
