PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing a warm, welcoming greeting to our members and their guests. Ensuring that members are served in a timely manner in accordance with The Quin service standards and ensuring high member satisfaction and an exceptional dining experience.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
  • Provides leadership and instills a culture and work environment based upon respect, providing opportunities for staff to learn, grow and develop their abilities through training of employees, creating a positive, productive working environment
  • Understands all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines for The Quin
  • Provides timely and friendly service to members and their guests
  • Services members with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Serves alcohol responsibly within State, Local and Store level laws and guidelines
  • Has a thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, out of stock items and current specials in all applicable venues
  • Delivers food from kitchen to table accurately, in a timely manner and exactly as ordered by the guest
  • Assists the culinary team with assigned tasks and duties
  • Fulfills any additional member requests
  • Performs opening and closing duties according to established side work checklist thoroughly and with a sense of urgency
  • Works in a clean and organized manner keeping bar and service areas maintained and in impeccable condition during shifts
  • Has a complete knowledge of standards of service
  • Assists other team members as needed, both with and without the direction of management
  • Maintains positive and effective communication with team members and managers regarding all relevant information, special considerations and/or concerns pertaining to our members
  • Re‑stocks items and supplies as needed and alerts management of shortages
  • Accurately and promptly prepares and tends guests’ payments
  • Communicates health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to the management
  • Attends all informational meetings
  • Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for The Quin
  • Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of services provided
  • Fills in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned
  • Assists in the investigation of member complaints regarding food quality and service
  • Ability to assist in other related food and beverage outlets if and when required
  • Assumes additional tasks assigned to you by your direct supervisor or any manager of The Quin that are reasonable requests
