Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Director to support a safe, efficient, guest-focused operation across multiple venues. You will lead with our Promise to Lead with Love, supervise department leaders, and help optimize menus while ensuring sanitation and safety standards in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, revenue opportunities, and guest satisfaction as part of the executive dining and event teams.

Qualifications

• Five years' extensive managerial and supervisory experience in restaurant, bar, banquet and kitchen management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets, high-volume operations, and large teams.
• Serv Safe Manager Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop department supervisors and associates through coaching and training.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to enhance menus and event offerings.

Assistant Food and Beverage Director

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking anAssistant Food and Beverage Director.In this role, you willassistthe Food and Beverage Director with providing a safe, effective, efficient, efficient, organized, quality-oriented,and profitable restaurant and food and beverage operation.You will alsoassistin planning, organizing, executing, training, and leadership necessary to achieveobjectivesin sales, costs, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of all food and beverage venues.

Salary Range -

$115,000 - $125,000

• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
