Hyatt Regency Jacksonville seeks an Assistant Director of Operations-Food & Beverage to lead our hotel’s F&B outlets, including Shor, Tavern, Market, River Breeze Pool Bar, and Market Delivery. You will work with Sales & Marketing to promote outlets and develop world-class talent through training and mentorship.

• Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-development abilities.
• Proven track record managing high-volume F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back-of-house F&B outlet operations.
• Develop and manage budgets, concepts, and objectives.
• Collaborate with culinary leaders on menu rotations and staff education.
• Implement and monitor sales/marketing programs for F&B.
• Direct payroll, reporting, forecasts, inventory and budgets.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
