AEKM Compensation range is $70,000-$83,000/year + 10% bonus potential.

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.

About the Role

As an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager, you will help lead our scratch kitchen, producing uniquely-inspired culinary items paired with our own wines. You will partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager to drive operational excellence, growth, and team development, ensuring high-quality food and an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee kitchen operations, including managing Kitchen Managers and Team Members
• Ensure adherence to policies, manage systems, and collaborate with front of house
• Participate in hiring, schedule review, team development, and coaching
• Lead kitchen training, food quality, menu rollouts, and system initiatives
• Manage inventory, conduct line checks, and oversee food safety standards
• Assist with financial and operational results, operate computer systems effectively
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional work environment

What You’ll Need

• 2-3 years management experience in a full-service restaurant, scratch kitchen experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, financial acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Certifications such as ServSafe preferred; ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for long hours, work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
