AFC Urgent Care is seeking an Executive Assistant with exceptional organizational abilities, communication skills and attention to detail to become part of our team. The primary responsibilities of the Executive Assistant are to support the Senior Management Team with high-level administrative functions and special projects. This role is essential to ensuring organizational efficiency and will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and internal departments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Director of Finance on Benefits Administration
  • Collaborate with contracted HR company to review and update Employee Handbook.
  • Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Provide support for contracting and credentialing.
  • Assist in organizing and tracking employee training program and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and organize employee records, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Draft professional correspondence, job ads, announcements, reports and inquiries.
  • Lead or assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and calendars for senior leadership.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Draft and distribute company-wide communications, announcements, job postings, and formal correspondence.
  • Provide client support for field operations

Requirements include

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and discretion.
  • Experience in healthcare or multi-site business operations is a plus.
  • Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
