MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper (AEH) to manage site housekeeping operations and support the Executive Housekeeper. You will direct team members, ensure quality standards, and help meet site budgets while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, scheduling, and adherence to established SOPs. Strong English communication and hospitality experience are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; progressive responsibility preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of related experience with progressive responsibility.
• Strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Monitor budgeted hours and ensure timeliness of service.
• Supervise and coach housekeepers and supervisors to meet standards.
• Maintain positive client relations and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare weekly reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with policies.
