Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. on Hilton Head Island is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper. This second-level manager leads housekeeping operations, ensures quality standards, and directs teams in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.

The AEH collaborates with resort leadership to meet budgets and client expectations. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, safety compliance, and maintaining positive relationships with guests and associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of related experience with progressive responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage site housekeeping operations and schedule staff.
• Ensure cleanliness standards and timely room turnover.
• Monitor hours to meet budget and supervise Housekeepers/ Supervisors.
• Uphold safety, training, and adherence to SOPs; conduct performance reviews.
