Job summary

Great Lakes Management is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to support East Metro communities, partnering with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and financial accuracy.

This role is a visible leadership position with succession potential toward future Executive Director opportunities, emphasizing quality services, resident satisfaction, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in senior living.
• Experience with HR functions, payroll, and business office operations.
• Strong financial and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Eldermark experience preferred.
• Experience working with an aging population.
• LALD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily community operations in partnership with the Executive Director.
• Oversee HR functions, payroll, and business office tasks as needed.
• Manage resident services, billing, and regulatory compliance to ensure quality care.
• Lead staff engagement, coaching, and performance management.
• Promote resident satisfaction and family communication.
