HOAMCO seeks an Assistant Executive Director to serve as executive operational leader, supporting governance, administration, and compliance for a 2,247-home HOA community. The role includes overseeing landscape and maintenance operations and acting as backup for AGM responsibilities and resort operations.

Strong leadership, financial management, and CAI CMCA/AMS credentials are preferred. Expect collaboration with management and board meetings in a dynamic high-activity setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site HOA management experience.
• CMCA/AMS designation via CAI strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Arizona HOA statutes and open meeting laws.

Responsibilities

• Direct administrative oversight for HOA operations, landscape vendor services, and staff.
• Support HOA governance, compliance, community administration, and financial health.
