Company Overview

Think Tell Junction is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and community outreach programs.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning and executing events from conception to completion.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
  3. Research and negotiate with venues and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  4. Create event timelines, checklists, and budgets to track progress and manage expenses.
  5. Coordinate logistics including catering, transportation, audio-visual equipment, and décor.
  6. Support on-site event management, including setup, registration, and guest relations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
