Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the Event Coordinator in planning and executing events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in event coordination.

Pay Range: $1100 - $1350 weekly

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, schedules, and attendee communication.
  2. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event needs are met.
  3. Provide on-site support during events to address any issues or last-minute changes.
  4. Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and timelines.
  5. Prepare post-event reports, including feedback and performance metrics.
  6. Perform administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence and maintaining event documentation.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field is a plus.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
