Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will support the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Event Coordinator in managing all aspects of event logistics to ensure that each event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of clients and attendees alike.Pay Range:$1050 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing events from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure services and materials.
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare event timelines and schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Support on-site event management, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
