Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to assist in the planning and execution of a variety of exciting events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings. As an Assistant Event Coordinator, you will work closely with the Event Coordinator and other team members to ensure that each event runs smoothly and meets the high standards of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events
  • Communicate with vendors and venues to secure services and negotiate contracts
  • Help develop event timelines and manage budgets
  • Coordinate logistics such as catering, transportation, and accommodations
  • Create and distribute event materials, including invitations and schedules
  • Support event registration processes and manage attendee inquiries
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination roles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
