Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health + Safety or related field, or equivalent safety experience.
• Two years of experience in occupational EHS or a related field.
• Construction industry experience is required.
• BCSP credential or equivalent; strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field inspections and project audits; ensure closure of corrective actions.
• Review and approve Pre-Task Plans and Job Hazard Analyses.
• Deliver EHS training programs and coach site teams.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with operations to improve safety across projects.
