Job summary

Susquehanna Printing Company is seeking an Assistant District Manager to join our Home Delivery team. The role requires independent work with strong organizational skills to manage complaints and customer calls, serving as liaison between District Managers, Independent Contractors, and customers.

Driving will be 75-80% of the time, delivering routes in Lancaster County, with weather-ready vehicle and attire required.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to deescalate situations.
• Strong written communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Handle complaints, customer calls, and issues related to Home Delivery.
• Act as liaison between District Managers, Independent Contractors, and customers.
• Read directional lists and deliver newspapers while driving safely.
• Maintain and update directional lists as directed by District Managers.
• Ensure customer/subscriber satisfaction with all deliveries.
