Paycom - ATS is hiring an Assistant Distribution Center Manager to support the DC Manager in overseeing receiving, put away, and overall warehouse organization. You will help manage staff and ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in distribution center operations (supervision/management preferred).
• Experience managing fleet of delivery vehicles.
• Operate vehicles under DOT compliance and pass DOT requirements.
• Valid standard driver’s license (no CDL required).
• Willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
• Be insurable under company policy.
• Inventory management and cycle counting experience.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Lift operation capability with certification training provided.
• Smith System certification training provided by company.

## Description**JOB TITLE:** **Assistant Distribution Center Manager**The Assistant Distribution Center Manager (ADCM) assists the Distribution Center Manager (DCM) in overseeing all warehouse activities including but not limited to receiving, put away, and overall organization of product in the warehouse.
