Job summary

Tireco-Distributors is seeking an Assistant Distribution Center Manager to support the DC Manager with receiving, put-away and overall warehouse organization. This role will help supervise staff and ensure efficient operations for daily distribution and delivery tasks.

Candidate should have 3+ years in distribution center operations, experience with fleet management, DOT compliance and inventory control, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years distribution center operations experience.
• Experience supervising staff preferred.
• Experience managing fleet of delivery vehicles.
• Operate vehicles under DOT compliance.
• Must possess a valid standard driver’s license; some states may require Class D; no CDL required.
• Meet DOT compliance requirements; pass drug test and DOT physical; 21+; willing to cross state lines if required.
• Ability to manage inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a lift and obtain lift certification.
• Smith System certification training provided by the company.

JOB TITLE: Assistant Distribution Center ManagerThe Assistant Distribution Center Manager (ADCM) assists the Distribution Center Manager (DCM) in overseeing all warehouse activities including but not limited to receiving, put away, and overall organization of product in the warehouse.
