Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Assistant Distribution Center Manager in Tallahassee, FL to assist the Distribution Center Manager with receiving, put away, and organization of warehouse operations. You will help supervise staff and ensure efficient, compliant processes daily.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, time management, and the ability to work independently and with teams to solve problems. Training for lift certification will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in distribution center operations; supervision preferred.
• Experience managing a fleet of delivery vehicles.
• DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical.
• Valid driver's license (no CDL required in most states).
• Able to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
• Inventory management and cycle counting.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Lift operation and certification training provided.

JOB TITLE: Assistant Distribution Center ManagerThe Assistant Distribution Center Manager (ADCM) assists the Distribution Center Manager (DCM) in overseeing all warehouse activities including but not limited to receiving, put away, and overall organization of product in the warehouse.
