Qualifications

• Master's degree with two years of relevant experience OR bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience.
• Experience in college athletics or ticket operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and NCAA guidelines is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement ticket office policies following university and NCAA guidelines.
• Supervise ticket office staff and maintain detailed financial reporting.
• Liaise with Football and Basketball programs to manage ticket sales and distribution.
• Assign season ticket seating and manage donor seating allocations.
• Develop relationships with off-campus entities for events held at football facilities.
• Communicate guidelines on ticket distributions and complimentary tickets for prospective student-athletes.
