Job summary

Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily operations at the Boca Schmidt Family Complex and Executive Education programs. You will coordinate facility needs, events, and logistics while delivering excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Work closely with the Building Manager to maintain a safe, welcoming environment and assist with vendor communications and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Boca Schmidt Family Complex.
• Assist with Executive Education programs and events; coordinate setup, catering, and logistics.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and report safety concerns.
• Assist Building Manager with maintenance, security, inventory, and vendor communications.
• Manage deliveries and administrative records for building operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
