Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate area, or bachelor's degree with two years of appropriate experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and reviews expense justification requests, purchase requisitions, and payment requests for completeness and necessity.
• Enters Requisitions into Workday and ensures POs are created and invoices are approved and paid promptly.
• Enters journals into Workday to recognize revenue and maintains monthly revenue reconciliations.
• Provides updates on expenses and revenue, benchmarks against previous years, and supports audits and compliance.
• Oversees HR-related processes for student employees and assists with spending authorizations for travel.
