Job summary

The role involves extensive travel across North Carolina, collaboration with high school counselors, community colleges and university partners, and leadership for the Wolfpack Connect program.

You will review transfer credentials, guide admissions decisions, and supervise 1-2 staff while aligning strategies with university priorities and enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree.
• One to three or more years of experience in university admissions or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead NC State’s efforts to recruit, admit and enroll transfer students with annual goals.
• Travel extensively to represent the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and engage stakeholders.
• Provide strategic leadership for Wolfpack Connect and manage community college partnerships.
• Review transfer credentials and assist with admissions decisions.
• Supervise staff and contribute to training and leadership initiatives.
