Qualifications

  • Master's degree required.
  • Three years of experience providing student services, including adjudicating cases or facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Experience using a web-based conduct software platform to initiate, track, and record student conduct matters.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Triages and processes student conduct referrals; ensures timely case resolution.
  • Acts as case administrator for sanctions up to housing removal and suspension.
  • Supervises Coordinators for Student Conduct and Community Standards and Residence Life staff.
  • Coordinates hearing board processes and prepares materials; supports pre-hearing work.
  • Develops and delivers trainings for Residence Life staff and conduct administrators.
  • Maintains Advocate database via regular audits and updates.
  • Develops educational initiatives and promotional materials for student conduct.
