Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required.
  • Three years of student services or conduct experience.
  • Experience adjudicating student conduct cases or facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Experience with a web-based conduct software platform (Advocate) or similar.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and process student conduct referrals with timely case resolution.
  • Serve as case administrator for sanctions up to housing removal and suspension.
  • Supervise staff and oversee Residence Life staff involved in conduct work.
  • Coordinate and train Hearing Board boards and prepare materials.
  • Support development of training for Residence Life staff on conduct matters and case administration.
  • Maintain and audit the Advocate student conduct database.
  • Develop and facilitate educational initiatives and workshops related to conduct matters.
  • Establish and maintain collaborate relationships with campus partners.
  • Support programs and events coordinated by the office and Dean of Students.
