Joyoflearningcenter in Woodlawn, TN is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee licensing compliance, recruit and enroll families, and lead a team of teachers to ensure a high standard of care.

You will partner with the Director, manage staffing, ordering, and facilities, and step in to lead a classroom to maintain staffing ratios when needed. Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience.
