Learning Care Group in Midwest City, OK is seeking an Assistant Director to help operate a safe, high-quality school alongside the School Director.

You will foster growth in children and manage staff, with responsibilities including ensuring licensing compliance, promoting a nurturing environment, and supporting profitability and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group's safety vision.
• In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
• The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
• Help achieve profitability for the company.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
