Joyoflearningcenter in Tennessee is seeking an Assistant Director to support site operations, oversee multiple classrooms, and help manage licensing requirements.

This role leads a team of teachers, partners with the Director on recruitment, enrollment, and compliance, and steps in to lead a classroom to maintain staffing ratios when needed. The position offers opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Associates in Education or equivalent.
