The Children’s Courtyard in Gainesville, FL is hiring an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will have sole responsibility for the school and will help promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
