La Petite Academy in Florida is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children while ensuring licensing and company standards are met.

Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining quality staff, maintaining a positive learning environment, and guiding the team to deliver a high-quality child care experience for families in the community.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision.
• In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
