Job summary

Ancora Education seeks an Assistant Director of Career Services Online to supervise a small team of career services advisors and support the Director of Career Services Online. You will ensure high-quality services for students and graduates and lead outcomes-driven programs.

You will partner with Academics to drive performance metrics, provide coaching, and maintain compliant processes while facilitating career planning and mock interviews for student success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field with 2+ years related experience.
• Minimum 1 year management experience.
• Knowledge of staffing and/or placement concepts and practices.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of the Career Services Advising Team.
• Support PAC meetings and metrics with Academics.
• Audit processes and provide training facilitation for compliance.
• Assist in resume prep and career planning to help students secure placement.
• Document communications in CampusVue for students and graduates.
