Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in career services, HR, career coaching, corporate recruiting/business development, or related field.
• Excellent resume, interviewing and job search skills required.
• Collaborative, self-directed, outcome oriented, able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Strong customer service focus for internal and external constituents.
• Demonstrate innovative approaches to help students navigate from college to career.
• Familiarity with labor market and industry trends.
• Proficient in web-based software; MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Some local travel and evening/weekend work required.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of assigned academic programs to provide career programming and advisement to students.
• Collaborate with faculty, departments, student groups, and alumni to develop training and career-related programs.
• Maximize access to career resources across campuses as part of the Career Services team.
• Provide individual and group advisement, including virtual and on-demand engagement.
• Facilitate advanced career development programming for graduate students and targeted groups.
• Contribute to selection/development of career resources, including AI in recruitment and job search.
• Stay informed of national, state, and local hiring practices and labor issues.
• Assist students in navigating career decisions through activities and assessments.
• Support an inclusive environment that encourages enrollment, retention and positive outcomes.
