Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Miami seeks a Wellness Manager to lead spa and wellness operations, including programming and experiences in partnership with Anatomy, our fitness facility. You will guide the team to deliver a serene, luxury guest experience while bringing creativity and holistic well-being to the program.

We value at least 2 years in a similar role, a post-secondary diploma or degree, and strong communication skills to collaborate across departments in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of spa operations with fitness and wellness programming experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

This individual will provide leadership, support, and direction to the team while ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience across all wellness offerings. About You

Passionate about hospitality, spa, wellness, fitness, and guest service, with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.

A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

Advanced knowledge of spa operations, with experience in fitness and wellness programming highly desired.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
