Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Florida is seeking a highly motivated Wellness Manager to lead our Spa and Wellness operations, including programming and experiences in partnership with Anatomy, our fitness facility. You will provide leadership, support, and direction to the team while ensuring a seamless, upscale guest experience across all wellness offerings.

• Minimum of 2 years of similar spa/wellness experience in hospitality.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of spa operations and wellness programming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead spa and wellness operations including programming and experiences in partnership with Anatomy.
• Provide leadership and direction to the wellness team and ensure a premium guest experience.

About you...

Passionate about hospitality, spa, wellness, fitness, and guest service, with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Advanced knowledge of spa operations, with experience in fitness and wellness programming highly desired. Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
