Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Wellness Manager to lead our Spa and Wellness operations, including programming and experiences in partnership with Anatomy, our fitness facility. The role focuses on delivering a serene, world-class luxury spa experience with creativity and holistic well-being.

We value leadership, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality, wellness, and guest service. A post-secondary diploma is a plus, and prior spa experience is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of spa operations, with experience in fitness and wellness programming highly desired.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
