Job summary

Starwood Hotels is hiring an Assistant Director of Spa & Wellness in Hawaii to lead a dedicated team and ensure every guest enjoys a serene, world-class spa experience. The role requires strong leadership, stellar guest service, and focus on financial performance and staff engagement.

Minimum 2 years in a similar role with hospitality or spa operations is expected, plus a post-secondary diploma is a plus. The team values flexibility to meet a 24-hour operation and exceptional written and verbal

• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Salary range: $110-118K
