Laughlin Healthcare Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our care team in Greeneville, Tennessee. This full-time role focuses on guiding clinical staff, upholding policies, and supporting resident care plans in a collaborative setting.

The ADON will participate in management discussions, monitor nursing practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. A Tennessee RN license and CPR certification are required, with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing home or other related healthcare facility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices as well as long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate policy and procedures to clinical staff, monitor staff and practices.
• Participate in management team meetings related to census, resident care plans, complaints, and concerns as well as QAPI and facility assessments.
• Evaluate work performance of all nursing personnel and discipline according to operational policies.
• Ensure resident incidents and concerns that rise to a reportable event are reported to the correct entity within the state regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
