Church Hill Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Church Hill, TN is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in managing nursing operations and delivering resident-centered care.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license, have an associate degree or higher, and bring long-term care management experience along with strong leadership and communication skills.

• RN license in the state of operation is required.

Position Summary

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing in managing nursing operations and ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards of care and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Coordinate education and training for nursing staff.
• Serve as acting DON in the Director of Nursing's absence.
• Perform other nursing leadership duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited college.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state in which we operate.
• Long-term Care/skilled Nursing Management Experience Required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
