North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The role supports daily clinical operations and upholds regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality resident care.

The ADON will mentor staff, ensure service continuity, and contribute to programs that improve resident satisfaction. A Minnesota RN license, CPR certification, and 3 years in geriatric/long-term care are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required in Minnesota.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; geriatric/long-term care preferred.
• Medicare and Medicaid knowledge preferred.
• LTC management experience with strong clinical evaluation skills.
• 2+ years as an RN; LTC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assistance in the management of the day-to-day clinical operations of the community.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of resident services.
• Assist in training and development of staff, development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Establish a climate necessary for continuous improvement.
