Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Minnesota to support the DON in directing licensed and non-licensed staff and ensuring quality resident care. The ADON oversees occupational health, infection control, and staff development, including orientation and audits.

The ideal candidate is a Minnesota-licensed RN with interest in safety, teaching, and health programs, able to work independently and with flexible hours.

Qualifications

Must be a registered nurse, licensed by Minnesota.
Must have interest in safety regulations and infection prevention.
Must have interest in teaching both professional and non-professional staff.
Must have basic computer competencies or be willing to attend training.
Must be flexible with working hours and able to work independently.
Must pass criminal background check as per Minnesota DHS.

Responsibilities

Assist DON in directing licensed and non-licensed staff.
Oversee infection control and employee health programs.
Coordinate staff development, orientation, and training.
Maintain records, data collection, and incident reporting.
Promote quality care and staff competency through audits.
