Job summary

Lakeshore Rehabilitation Center in Minnesota seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DON in directing licensed and non-licensed staff and ensure quality resident care. The ADON oversees occupational health, staff development, infection control, and safety programs, reporting to committees as needed.

Must be a Minnesota-licensed registered nurse, with interest in teaching staff, strong computer skills, flexible hours, and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse and licensed by the State of Minnesota.
• Interest in infection prevention, safety regulations, and staff development.
• Ability to teach both professional and non-professional staff.
• Basic computer competencies; training available if needed.

Responsibilities
