Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DON in directing licensed and non-licensed staff and ensuring quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

The ADON will oversee infection control, employee health programs, staff development, audits, and reporting to safety and QA committees while promoting knowledge, skills and teamwork across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse, currently licensed by the State of Minnesota.
• Must have an interest in and knowledge pertaining to safety regulations, accident prevention, disaster preparedness, microorganisms, infection prevention, and control measures.
• Must have an interest in teaching both professional and non-professional staff.
• Must have basic computer competencies or be willing to attend training to attain competency.
• Must be flexible with working hours and possesses the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background check, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsabilités
