Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Current Michigan RN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and supervising the 24-hour operation to ensure quality resident care.
• Supervise the nursing team, provide direction, training, and evaluations.
• Act as resident advocate and manage resident care as directed.
• Develop and implement nursing standards, policies, and required records.
