Job summary

Great Lakes Management seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing for Broadwell Senior Living to lead a dedicated health services team and ensure high-quality resident care.

RN licensure in MN is required; a minimum of one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work independently and support staff training and compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Minnesota.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in health services leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments to ensure resident needs are met.
• Oversee weekly on-site visits to safeguard health and safety.
• Support staff development and ensure compliance training.
• Supervise medication practices and equipment used.
• Ensure care procedures are understood and followed.
• Assist in policy development and implementation.
• Review admissions criteria and adjust placement as needed.
