Great Lakes Management is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals at Broadwell Senior Living in Plymouth, MN. This on-site leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a MN-licensed RN with at least one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care. Strong organizational, communication, and independent-working skills are essential for success in this

Qualificações

• RN license in MN required.
• Minimum of one year experience in home health, assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong organizational and independent work capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete initial assessment of potential residents to assure needs are met.
• Ensure health and safety of all residents through weekly on-site visits with residents and staff.
• Assist Director of Staff Development with health and medication training and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise medication practices and medical equipment used in the building.
• Ensure staff understands and follows all resident care procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and service plans.
