The Bell Minor Home in Gainesville, GA seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DON and oversee nursing department operations, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on planning, coordination, and monitoring of day-to-day nursing services, staff supervision, and collaboration with resident services to maintain seamless care for residents.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• Organized and detail-oriented professional.
• Strong communication and patience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the DON in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to verify continuity of care.
• Develop and implement methods for monitoring day-to-day operations and establishing priorities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program.
• Participate in facility surveys and assist with developing, implementing, and periodically updating resident discharge plans.
• Supervise, educate, and evaluate nursing department personnel.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
