Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of licensed nurses and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular rounds and assessments to monitor patient care and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective workflows and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners.
