The ADON will oversee scheduling, policy development, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sub-acute medical care and 24-hour skilled nursing services.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years prior experience in a Nursing Home

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing department, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management of nursing staff
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including mentoring, coaching, and professional development
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
• Conduct quality assessments and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Develop and manage budgets and financial reports
