As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a critical leadership role, supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations, enhancing clinical care, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Leadership Support: Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and guiding the nursing team toward excellence and engagement.
Clinical Oversight: Help ensure high standards of nursing care through clinical supervision, mentoring, and education.
Quality Improvement: Contribute to developing and implementing quality assurance initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.
Regulatory Compliance: Support compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize resident care.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
Prior nursing leadership experience, such as Nurse Manager, Unit Manager, or ADON role (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Solid understanding of SNF regulations, care planning, and best practices
